GI FLAT

Our Hot-Dip Galvanized (GI) Flats are the industry standard for long-term corrosion protection in grounding systems. By combining the structural strength of Mild Steel with a heavy-duty zinc coating, these strips are designed to endure aggressive soil conditions and outdoor exposure for decades.

Widely utilized in critical infrastructure, our GI strips provide a low-resistance path for fault currents, protecting both equipment and personnel.

CI PIPES

Specially engineered Grey Cast Iron pipes designed for high-pressure water and sewage transmission within EHV Substations. These pipes are essential for maintaining soil moisture levels required for optimal earthing performance. 

Fabrication Details:

Includes a two-part clamp fabricated from 50x6mm, 75x10mm, and 75x12mm GI flat. The clamp is continuously welded around the pipe using specialized cast-iron welding electrodes to ensure maximum electrical conductivity and structural durability.
